These barre classes are ideal for keeping fit, strong and lean as they can be done online, in a studio or in the comfort of your own home with minimal space and no equipment, other than perhaps a mat and a chair. Barre classes last 45 minutes to an hour, during which Sarah guarantees to give you a great workout and get those endorphins flowing. She will ensure to offer variations for each exercise so that her students can adjust the intensity according to their level.
