Sarah Hirsch is a London-based contemporary and ballet dancer, choreographer and creative producer with dual German and US nationality. She began training in Miami, later studied contemporary dance at the DAF Dance Arts Faculty in Rome, and went on to earn her MFA in Dance Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, supported by a Leverhulme Scholarship.
Her performance career spans leading institutions such as the Royal Opera House, English National Ballet and international festivals including the Edinburgh Fringe. Known for her versatility, she thrives in both classical and contemporary settings, with particular strengths in improvisation, collaboration and creation. As a choreographer and teacher, Sarah has developed original works including Magnetoreception and Adira, exploring the intersections of movement, storytelling and human connection. She continues to refine her practice through workshops with world-renowned companies such as Akram Khan Company, Ultima Vez and Gecko Theatre. Beyond the studio, Sarah is a certified interpreter and translator, fluent in English and Italian, with conversational French and German — skills that enrich her collaborations and her ability to connect with a diverse community of dancers. |

Jeanne is an independent French dance teacher. She began her training at a young age in a vocational ballet school before joining the VM Ballet – Junior Company in France. Seeking to broaden her artistic range, she went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London, graduating with First Class Honours.
Since then, Jeanne has worked as a ballet assistant and teacher with prestigious institutions such as the Royal Academy of Dance, the Royal Ballet School, and the West London School of Dance. She has also taught, and continues to teach, creative dance to children at the Collège Français Bilingue de Londres (CFBL) and with Douce France London. Jeanne is part of the teaching team at Contemporary Dance Method by Sarah Hirsch, where she teaches private ballet and contemporary classes for students of all ages and levels. Her supportive teaching style blends technical precision with creativity and artistry, encouraging individual growth and fostering confidence in every dancer. |

Laure is a versatile French dance artist and teacher, passionate about sharing movement with students of all ages. She trained at Epsedanse in Montpellier, gaining her Contemporary Dance Teacher Diploma in 2017, before moving to London to complete a BA in Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire with First Class Honours in 2020.
Between 2020 and 2023, she worked on a wide range of London projects, from performing in the English National Opera’s Cunning Little Vixen to site-specific works like Hannah Wallace’s Groundmarks Project in Sydenham Woods. She also created and produced The Burgeon, a collaborative intensive for emerging artists, supported by Trinity Laban’s Innovation Award, Chisenhale Dance Space and Creative Rework. Most recently, Laure completed her MA in Dance Performance at London Contemporary Dance School, collaborating with leading choreographers including Tom English, Hannes Langolf, Theo Clinkard and Benjamin Jonsson. She continues to develop a distinctive practice that blends contemporary dance with physical theatre, using movement and voice as powerful tools for expression. |
